Build the Ultimate Sausage & Cheese Platter

Forever inspired by a Memphis institution

2 pounds sausage (We used Big Bad Breakfast, see Resources)
1 8-ounce block extra-sharp cheddar cheese, sliced and cubed
1 8-ounce white cheddar, sliced and cubed
1 16-ounce jar of dill pickle spears, drained
1 16-ounce jar sweet peppers, drained Rendezvous Famous Seasoning or other seasoning

Warm sausage on the grill until heated through and grill marks have formed on two sides. Slice. Arrange cheeses and sausage on a platter. Garnish with pickles and peppers. Sprinkle with Rendezvous seasoning. Serves 8 as an appetizer.
